Am I missing something or you will be able to cast Devastation in Ashes of Malmouth w/o off hand equipped? :confused:

Still has the offhand restriction. That shield is the only item in the game that can cast it outside of offhands.

I think you missed a stream JoV. Yes the shield’s the only item that can be used to cast devastation. Perfect for my CT BM :cool:

What I really want to test is if the weapon limitation removal will work with Outcast Helm or not (doubt it though)

Pretty sure it only affects the Devastation from the Arcanist mastery.

Correct. It’s just a hidden skillmod.
