Is there any mod to affect devotion FX? For example, change the colour of Ulzuin’s Torch with full fire->acid conversion
Or prob a mod to change colour only without converiosn dependence?
It’s impossible to do via mods. Or rather is possible, but would require a super good scripter, someone that could hook the engine functions.

The only reason conversion fx swaps exist is because of Skill mods and transmuters, there is no such thing for devotions. You can’t script these changes either, so unless you added item skill mod conversions specifically for devotions you won’t devotion fx swaps

It’s really not feasible. There’s not item mod slots
