Devotions for DW piercing purifier build?

I’m considering a pure pierce focused Purifier like this:

However, I’m not really sure which devotions would support this playstyle the best. Any suggestions on which constellations I should look into?

Any critiques on the skill build also welcome! I abandoned fire strike because I’m not planning on giving gear/devotion support for fire, but I’m not sure it’s the right choice. Would it be better to build around fire a little more instead of putting the spare points into Inquisitor Seal/Storm Spread like I am now?
