In Dire Bear does maul add 15% adcth to my stats during 5 seconds or it applies 15% adcth to the 1191 physical damage that it does?
What is that 4.5 meter radius applied to?

The ADCtH is applied only to the Devotion Damage. This is a Debuff that is centered on the player for it’s duration.

not really
it’s an instant 1hit PBAoE, that applies a debuff to everyone hit/within the aoe field, the debuff then ticks for 5secs even if they run away from player after being hit by the aoe
basically it’s like Siphon Souls necro skill

Thank you and it does 1191 damage for every tick right?? (I assume this because it dosnt say 1191 OVER 5 seconds)
