Although Legendaries are considered the rarest and strongest, to some extent, i myself think there are some items from lower tiers that hands down outperform them when it comes to some particular builds, post your opinions here, i’ll go first:
prefix Bloodsworn Signet of the Untamed/of the Wild and Empowered Black Grimoire of Og’napesh for pet builds
Empowered Black Grimoire is a bit of stretch compared to Eye of Dominion, IMO. I’d say if you could roll an Infernal Bloodlords Blade of the Abyss, that would beat out Grim Fate as the best fire/chaos melee, I’ve yet to get one however.
Also the prefix you’re looking for for the bloodsworn signet is subjugator’s
Some rolls on Cronley rings will make them outperform many legendary rings. The problem is having them drop.
