Do % reduced damage stack ?

Necromancer has two skills that provide 25% reduced target’s damage at softcap level : all damage with Decay and physical with Ill Omen. I wondered if these two stacked, since in the case of resistance reduction if would not. I’m quite sure it doesn’t but I need it enough to ask.

Also, could using Ereoctes’ mirror on a reflective enemy create a Larsen effect ?

You’ll be able to put both Damage Reduction debuffs on, but only the highest will apply for the Physical Damage debuff.

Reflected damage cannot be reflected again.
