Do specific Epics drop in specific areas?

I’ve been using the same Storm Scion for over 40 levels and I cannot find an Empowered one (or another Scion for that matter). I know this has probably been asked a million times and covered by the devs but I can’t find much information on the matter. So, can any enemy with the appropriate level drop the item or do they only tend to drop in certain areas like the rares/MIs?

Epics and legendaries are world drops, there isn’t any epic or legendary that you get by farming a specific mob.

But afaik, enemies drop the weapons they are using. So, don’t we have more chances of getting a caster legendary from casters than from boars for example?

In theory yes, but in practice the best loot usually comes from the loot orbs / boss chests anyway.

Do the Nemesis chests have any “loot table” for each of the different Nemesis bosses ?

Thanks for the offer but I’ll find one eventually. I’m near the end of Act 1 on Ultimate, so I’m sure it’ll surface eventually. If not, you may be seeing a friend request in the near future.

I’ve found so many of them, I almost feel bad wasting a dynamite to facilitate the chance of obtaining some use from them.
