Does weapon Speed affect Cast speed?

I’m a newb here. Tried to do some digging, but it seems that AS and CS are still being discussed. Does anyone know how the speeds work?

Total speed bumps everything right?

Cast speed affects skill casts that require pathing? (not hitting with weapon)

Attack speed is weapon attack speed? This obviously scales with weapon speed.

Weapon speed has no affect on casting speed, only attack speed.
