So I was wondering,would it be posible to add some support for abilities like bloody pox to make them more viable as a main damage ability?it’s tick speed being capped makes it not do enough singletarget dmg
Maybe give some Mi the ability to have cast speed make it tick faster?
the bigger the aoe effect the less the single target strength it gets to have is usually how things goes
you can still do a pox build, it will just need single target support, like it should
It could have a downside?like the Mi that boosts its singletarget could reduce the dmg it does the more enemies are affected by it,like a diminishing return
i don’t think it could be done decently, aoe part would either still be too strong
or you’d reduce the aoe part so much it had 0 aoe utility, and then you’d just waste your skill/have turned it into any other already existing “bland” st+aoe skill
you’ll never get both, nor is there any point in changing it through transmuter/item modifier to reverse it’s dmg application, it’s just redundant and silly, already works fine as aoe, like an aoe should, and is useable in builds as either aoe dmg or just debuffer
