Is mythical dracarris 
x harder to find than a regular dracarris?
It won’t drop high level items if you yourself not high level. I’m not sure where it starts exactly. I’ve had mythical items drop when I was level 60something, but very rarely. You’ll get them all the time when you’re level 90+.
(And you never get the item you’re looking for, only when you stop looking it’ll drop twice 
)
