DW pistol pierce/cold Infiltrator build?

As for devotions I have no idea yet. This mechanic is still kinda complicated for me to successfully theorycraft.

This is a Spellbreaker build, but the author also posted a grimtools for Infiltrator. The thread should be helpful for learning more about DW pistol cold builds.

A few thoughts to consider:

Even if Bursting Round and Storm spread have some added fire and lightning damage, they also include weapon damage, which will still greatly help, and scales as you improve your damage. I think they are worth 6 and 7 points respectively, regardless if they aren’t adding the perfect damage type. The weapon damage alone is worth quite a bit.

I’m not sure you need both Pnuematic Burst and Word of Renewal. It might be a bit of a pain trying to keep them up all the time. Having points in Vigor could be helpful for your HP and Freezing resists.

You may also like the pierce and elemental damage of Inquisitor Seal+Arcane Empowerment, along with it’s ability to nullify DoT and low damage spam. You’d be surprised at how useful that is.

I’m playing melee instead of ranged dw infiltrator, so that’s a bit different, but I find defense to be the biggest drawback, and having both pneumatic/word are quite helpful. For pneumatic, I only put one point in it and rely on +skills, but word I maxed for the DA.
