Microsoft has been trying to release their games exclusive to their own platforms, yes. I remember the Age of Empires remake (not sure if this is still a thing) was going to be MS store exclusive (lol). I mean I have used windows all my adult life and have never opened the MS store more than once. Useless. I’m sure they’re trying to break into a piece of the market that Steam owns, but seriously, that’s not going to work. Would I move from Steam/GOG to a new platform that offers a handful of games, compared to thousands and thousands elsewhere? Um, no. Try again.
For me to even consider buying such a piece of pure garbage as a new console (my last console was the glorious PS2 with like 50 games), there would need to be a minimum of over 30 exclusives I’d actually want to play. My favorite genre’s (ARPG/Isometric hanc-n-slash, Metroidvania, beat 'em ups) are like 90% exclusive to PC since most of them are either indies and/or are older games.
I watched the trailer again and yeah, he’s definitely Nero, although I don’t really like his new look, mostly because it resembles Donte…
Oh well, I hope we get to unlock his default costume from DMC4, at least. Looking forward for this game.

Metro Exodus looked great, same for Rage 2 except the A.I. looked dumb. Haven’t played any of the Fallout games so can say what to think of 76.

I’ll be cautious with this one, I didn’t feel hyped at all since I don’t know what they’ll do to the franchise. Bethesda seems to be throwing its franchises under a bus lately.
Setting looks crappier than Bloodborne and Dark Souls but gameplay looks dope. It’s FromSoft so it’ll be good
Metro Exodus looks pretty great, but dear lord, that voice acting. :eek: Good job the Russian VA will probably be an option again.

Okay, here we go.
Right of the bat, Microsoft started the conference with a blast, introducing a cinematic trailer for Halo: Infinite. New saga in franchise was rumored to appear, so he we go!
Next big thing was Gears of War. And oh boy, they did make a fine bait, by announcing Gears pop and Gears Tactics first. Granted, we already knew, that 3 GoW games were gonna be announced, but hey, even my heart skipped a little.
After all of the above, the real game, Gears 5 has been introduced. More Locust conspiracy, more Caith bitching. Whatever, it actually looks way better then previous one, also featuring revamped combat mechanics and making more stand on melee. Hyped.
Dying Light 2, ladies and gentlemen. SO THIS was the reason, WHY Hellraid has been frozen for God knows how long. Actually, really fucking surprised right there.
Judging from the trailer, we are gonna see some new city, but this time our decisions (UNLIKE the previous one) will matter, as our choices will shape and mold the fate of the city and people living there.
DEVIL MOTHERFUCKING CRY 5. HOLY FUCK. 10 years. 10 loooooooong years we were waiting, with Capcom finally granting us the sequel we deserve and love.
More bait, though. Seriously, people thought it’s gonna be new DmC all over again due to the changing artstyle direction. Few recognized Nero. But then all doubts ceased to exist, as we heard familiar voice… Kyrie… saw Devil Trigger… and FUCKING Dante in da flesh on the motorcycle grandpa style! Some heavy Vergil teasing too.
Three playable characters, including Dante, Nero and someone new. New character, called Nico, a gunsmith, who helped Nero after ??Vergil?? sliced off his arm.
But the most mindwarping, the most anticipating thing was Cyberpunk 2077 trailer, which definitely was the highlight of the conference. Again, with more baiting, heh.
Looks like the conference is over, but… suddently the screen goes red in errors (containing hidden developers FAQ, by the way), and we see it. The actual cinematic trailer of the game. Of course it looks awesome, I personally saw some heavy Blade Runner influence, as well as GTA vibes. I mean, futuristic GTA, who wouldn’t want that? From CD Red, nonetheless.

@Chthon Metro games are very atmospheric. The orginal one Metro 2033 was re-released as Metro 2033 redux.
Not happy about new Fallout being always online 
I guess I might still get it depending on what it’s gonna be about.
Cyberpank 2077… God, a futuristic GTA, now that’s something I am really hyped for :x I have lots of faith in the company, I am sure they can deliver.
And last - new Elder Scrolls! I am nervous about this one xp Not gonna lie… But I am still hopeful. That it can be good… great, even. And that it’s not years away.
I certainly need a new pc for those upcoming games.
