It seems like a lot of items with cool procs got procs removed in the expansion in their mythical versions. Earthshatter Treads still have same skill with mediocre damage and long ass recharge.
My suggestion is to remove it and substitute with some kind of proc or maybe add some skill bonus like new mythical legendaries have.
