Hello
I change my Arcanist build to Trozans Sky Shard but on all my runs on normal elite and ultimate i dont see one of this part.Is that an World drop or an specific boss who drops it .

In GD you really can’t expect to get an item you want, even if it’s just a mid to high lvl epic item.
