Right now the only education level is basic, i’m assuming that a second level will be added like “advanced” or “complex”. I have an idea on how to implement this. Add a bookmaker building, he will then take wood and leather, some time and make books. If you then upgrade the school and stock it with books it should gain a small chance to pop out an adult with the better education. He would then be better at any jobs where education is required (apothecary etc.). and be able to fill posts where the better education is required. (monastery maybe? Im not religuos but the game not having any place of worship is a little strange).

I like this. I would imagine they have some kind of university/library type thing planned for tier 4 or 5 eventually. In general we definitely need an art production- entertainment output chain. You really feel it with the theater being such a great building but not having much reason to check in on it
