Alas, too many red links in our wikia! If anyone can tell me what damage type the various attacks of The Sentinel do, I’ll be happy to add them to the wiki. Most of them are labeled “Eldrich ****”. From the looks of them it seems like acid/poison, but items and skills with “Eldritch” in their name vary from Chaos, Vitality, Fire, Poison etc.

Unfortunately, no. It’s just the names of the abilities again. Does not specify the damage type of them.
Edit: upon clicking on said ability, there is some interesting data. I see fire and poison mentioned. If someone could weigh in on how to interpret these I think I’d be in good shape.
Set the level of monster on right side to 90 or something and you can see the proper damage numbers as well
Apart from those he also spawns with Eldritch weapons(energy burn) and reflect shields
I mean that’s a capability of his, like any other enemy, but isn’t guaranteed.
Oops I missed the “sometimes” , the message is to not get confused by reflected damage types or energy burn as his normal state and find him too difficult
