Hi everyone,
I’ve seen a lot of build guides use these rare boots called “Exalted Treads”, my question is : are they craftable or droppable? if it is the latter, where is the best place to farm them.

They are both craftable and droppable.
Actually, it’s common bots (not even yellow), they become green when they meet green prefix or/and suffix
So is it a blueprint for them because i don’t have it in 800 hours or so playing ?
No ideas here but seeing them in a lot of builds .
They are Yellow boots that you can craft if they have the good prefix they will end up being Green (so if you craft ten you will have 2 or 3 green boots) and then well if you craft 1000 you will have 2-3 with a good pair (Prefix/Suffix) and honestly that’s basicly all there is. The fact that they are so related in top build show two things
A) We need Resist and a good rare is a great way to get them
B) Legendary Boots are quite often lackluster
you can craft them with “Enchanted Heavy Boots” in the armor section, as long as you are level 75+ (to get the best available version of the affixes)
