In oficial FAQ release date for newest expansion was changed from second half of 2018 to first quarter of 2019.
yes dear fiend. It is done because if it will be released post haste october for instance, we will play a game riddled with bugs and an overpowered oathkeeper mastery that will make every other vanilla and exsiting masteries obsolete

This is true, and the playerbase would be pretty upset if that happened. However, we now have to wait several more months for the expansion, which also made us pretty upset (we’re very adaptable that way). Point is, everything the devs do is badwrong and we as players must never let them forget that.
