Is there a smith like Horus - Cursed Smith in Necropolis for the new crafting mats in the expansion area?? (Ugdenbloom etc)??

If not… which is what I suspect… Is it possible to repeat the quest in the cave that trades for missives?? Or does it trade away missives?? i’m confused lol
