For a Fashion Dawn lover it’s hard to accept lots of NPC items are far from our reach.
Yeah. Except it’s actually a torso piece. Just has green crystals sticking out far enough to look like shoulders.

Could we have NPC item serves no combat purpose but illusion’s sake.
Like these low level items sold by Fascia.
Maybe make them level one drop in secret of shattered realm chest.
Or drop from shattered realm anomalies as surprises.
I’m not suggesting all of NPC items, some would be great, of course the more the merrier.

Your fashion is mostly based on thematic. This gives you tons of liberty to choose. For weapon you got Anarchy, Krieg’s Cleaver, Lifebinder, Black Scourge and Death Omen. Shield like Legionnaire’s Rebuke and Spiriteater Bulwark might also look good on this character. Role-play has so much fun.
