Hi,
is there a mod out there that simply accelerates the leveling process (nothing else) and compatible with normal game campaign?

Moved thread.
Load assetmanager and extract game files if you haven’t already (complete mod preparation steps can be found HERE)
Create a new mod and give it a name.
Exit assetmanager and create this directory tree:
Grim Dawn/mods/ “your mod name” /database/records/game
Copy gameengine.dbr from Grim Dawn/database/records/game to the same directory in your mods folder.
Load assetmanager. Load your mod. Locate gameengine.dbr and double clicky.
In the rewards and penalties tab, you will find an equation for experience.
Alter as you see fit.
Press F7.
Load Grim Dawn and choose CUSTOM, and select your mod.
Enjoy.
Rather than do it for you, you may want to alter the equation a few times to find the balance you desire. And it also exposes you to the mod tools. Perhaps you may want to develop an idea in the future.

theoretically, once my MOD is created and I leveled a character to 85, I would then be able to play said character in the campaign and crucible even outside the MOD?
This will be a custom game character and it will be separated from others. You can play campaign with it but not the crucible. Also, steam achievements will not work for it.
Ah snap, I wanted them to join the family and have access to the blueprints and tons of components I gathered in the hundreds of hours of playtime.
Oh well.
You can GD stash and GD defiler tools to solve both of those problems
