Items -
1. The Arcane Tempest (Aether Lightning) -

It gets buffed again and again and again and I am grateful that you guys listen to feedback on the same item so many times but no matter what is done the granted skill remains a shittier version of Chain Lightning on Seal of Skies.

The skill unlike the rest of the more popular item/component skills isn’t shotgun type skill. It can’t be changed. My proposal is to give it 6-8% ADCtH and buff its base damage values a little more. In its current state its a subpar support skill which considering the opportunity cost isn’t worth it. The weapon damage and the crit multiplier are in a good place so no suggestions for those

2. Slathsarr’s Crest, Heart of Malmouth, Spellgaze and Cortosian Scrolls -

Currently Elemental PRM is completely dominant thanks to support from the Invoker Set. The set gives it relevant RR and plus skills. Aether PRM unfortunately has limited itemization.
Add % Aether damage equivalent to the Elemental bonus to Heart of Malmouth, Spellgaze, Cortosian Scrolls and Slathsarr’s Crest (doesn’t have any %bonus so kindly consider adding it)

Also consider increasing the % Crit Damage on Heart of Malmouth to 30-35%… This benefits every PRM build besides Invoker builds so it’s not an outrageous change and wont break anything.

3. Mythical Nightshade’s Reach -

A good weapon but ultimately very disappointing when one realizes that there’s absolutely no reason to use it over DW.

The Shadow Strike skill mod is very weak, much more weaker than the one on Rift Scourge Slicers. I propose that you guys increase the flat damage mod to 200, add 30% Pierce to Acid to SS and add -30% Energy Cost to SS.
This buff looks crazy but it puts it closer to DW Rift Scourge Slicers. Currently Nightshade’s Reach is miles behind because of lacking access to NB WP and other DW benefits

4. Mythical Leviathan -

Not sure if it was part of some weird joke or not. The Physical ABB skill mod makes absolutely no sense. The weapon itself is very powerful as it is. So consider adding Increase targets mod for Cadence or some skill mod for Blitz. Remove the Physical ABB skill mod :p
Conduits -
1. Conduit of Destructive Whispers

> Stun Jacks mod is good but not too impressive in terms of performance. Add 30-40% Physical to Aether conversion to Jacks. Increase flat damage to 50
> BWC mod is decent but since Vitality Decay could use some much needed love consider changing flat Vitality to flat Vitality Decay
> Vindictive Flame Mod is not too bad. Add flat Energy Regen and % Energy Regen
> Blast Shield mod is bad, replace armor with 12% Physical Resistance. (Same thing as Arcane Will mod on Arcanist Conduit)
> Flashbang mod is outright bad, consider changing it 12 Reduced Global Resistance (instead of just Physical
> Vitality Fire Strike is the second best mod on the amulet. Buff it a little by adding 50% Chaos to Vitality.

2. Conduit of Arcane Whispers -

> Callidor’s Tempest skill mod is nice, but CT itself is a weak skill. Consider adding 10-15% Weapon damage to CT
> PRM mod is outright weak, the slow on PRM makes no sense. Remove the slow and increase value to 50
> Nullification mod is crap, replace it with something more useful like Reduced Resists to Nullification
> OFF mod is absolutely garbage. RR on OFF is trash and useless. Change it to a skill mod for a different skill
> AAR mod is weak, why bother adding more slow? Replace slow with 35 flat damage to AAR

3. Conduit of Night Whispers -

> PB skill mod is not needed as long as we have Demonslayer Set. Time and time again I have said this. With the nerf to Deathguard chestpiece the Acid PB playstyle is all but dead. This amulet is begging to be the replacement. Replace Chaos skill mod with Acid skill mod for PB.
Sure you could use Harbinger Set and get a little more creative with the mod but unlike Chaos, Acid has no alternative
> Blade Trap skill mod will remain crap until we get more Entrapment RR.

4. Conduit of Wild Whispers -

> Piercing mod to Grasping Vines makes zero sense. Replace it with Bleeding Skill mod to Grasping Vines. This means more support for Bleeding Caster playstyle

5. Conduit of Undying Whispers -

> Drain Essence skill mod is weak, again slow doesn’t make any sense. Please replace it with 35 flat Aether/Vitality damage to DE.

6. Conduit of Runic Whispers -

> Storm Box skill mod is bad, replace it with - 10% Total Speed

7. Conduit of Warring Whispers -

> Blitz mod is great, just buff it to 150.
> Overguard mod is absolutely useless. Replace it with %DA to Overguard
> Blade Arc skill mod is not only absolutely garbage that will never be used because the only Vitality Soldier set doesn’t have a free amulet slot but it is also redundant since we already have Howl of the Wendigo with the same skill mod.
Replace it with flat physical damage Blade Arc to support those who want to spam Blade Arc instead of using Clean Sweep.

8. Conduit of Eldritch Whispers -

> Possessions kill mod is unique, just add 10% Block Recovery
In Closing -

Give me Mythical Warhammer of Heavenly Judgement!!

So why are these threads so important that they deserve a new thread that refers to them? Why not provide a one paragraph summary describing why they are important enough to warrant having a thread dedicated to them.

The devs already read “everything”.

Just linked them so that they don’t get lost in the shuffle. Writing a para about them is redundant. They sum up my views about things and therefore got linked the dagallon thread in particular is the most important one imo since that set is a literal mess atm.

Get lost in the shuffle because more threads will reduce that? If it’s a personal desire to keep track of these threads, then use the forum tools to do that?

A summary is good so people can decide if they want to read/re-read the threads.

I’m not sure its a good idea for these sorts of threads to be used to track other threads. Seems like a good way for things to “get lost in the shuffle” - because, well, more shuffle.

Except it’s a feedback thread, summarizing it in a few words is virtually impossible and long summaries are pointless.
I can see what you mean but this method is generally useful for making older threads relevant again. Unfortunately not everyone uses the search function so this is the best method I can think of

IMHO - Making it redundant since apparently providing a summary of why this thread is here is redundant. It’s like a vicious circle.

Edit: If the purpose is for others to find meaning threads, providing them with a good thread title is key. WTF is "[Feedback] Stuff "? Also maybe provide the title of the threads your linking too. What you’ve done doesn’t help people find anything - except you. If this becomes a trend, then finding anything in the forum will be even more difficult.

ie: [Feedback] Stuff - Non transmuted BWC, Constellations, Blazerush etc.

That’s more useful than:

Make the forum great again!

Done

I would like to see an item with such skill. Personally, I think the hammer itself is… shitty. It only offers burn, nothing more (very low fire percentage, retaliation for some reason). It this item lost its retaliation and instead got increased fire damage, I’d love this item. Instead of the fire resist, it could increase max fire resist, but idk if that would fit in any way.

Basically, just increase the fire damage (on the version we already have) to the same as burn, remove retaliation and add increased burn duration. Next step, add mythical version. Next step, enjoy making builds with this item even though it’s only an epic item one epic item less to buff tbh.

Also, what we need this item to give +10 to all skills. That’s a joke.

My expectation (superior paint skills btw):

Reality: https://www.grimtools.com/db/items/2586

Agree with all of the points.

Here is something I want to add, from my own small experience of using Conduits:

 • Conduit of Wild Whispers - Storm Totem mod is great. I wish all mods were as impactful as that.

 • Conduit of Eldritch Whipsers - Vitality Dreeg’s Evil Eye mod is half-assed. I played with such mod for quite some time and it only converts Acid/Poison on the main skill. All skill modifiers would still have acid/poison damage. Suggestion: make it convert DEE and all of its modifiers into Vitality.

Another suggestion that has been repeated by me and many others many times, but just in case Crate somehow missed it:

 • Make damage conversions add up. Conversion from Elemental to Vitality on new Radaggan set and Decree of Malmouth adds up to 90%, and that is if you get absolutely lucky with your Decree drop (already insanely tedious item to grind for). If I use silly double decree setup on caster, then why would I need helmet conversion. Same with Elemental to Acid conversion on Ugdenbog Launchers. Why 45%??? What’s the logic behind such item design other than to tilt players?

Everyone is afraid of making Infiltrators even more OP then they already are but maybe add some skill points to Inquisitor mastery on Belgothian set?

I only want the skill tbh :stuck_out_tongue:

The conduit suggestion is nice but I have doubts about whether the current back end of the game support it. Maybe FG will change how transmuters and mods behave

I already commented on the Decree + Radaggon thing. I can understand your frustration but Headpiece conversion on Radaggon is 35/36% which is max for helms and Scepter conversion is also sitting at max value.

The Venomlauncher/Putrid Necklace thing I totally agree with

As for Belgo change, it should be fun

The proposals seems nice and reasonable to me. Especially like ideas for Arcane Tempest set and Acid skill mod for PB for Conduit of Night Whispers.

Well, if game engine prevents from making bigger conversion on Decree and Radaggan’s helmet, Crate can add conversion to shoulders or to chest or to amulet, shouldn’t be that hard, right? And it wouldn’t make the set OP, it would make it make it more approriate and better suited as an elemental to vitality build enabler.

No not talking about that. I meant game engine prevents skills mods and transmuters affecting things like explosive strike, nightfall etc.

The conversion thing is more of a design choice, I imagine they’d do something along those lines. I wouldn’t be surprised if we got more vitality conversion
