So my lvl 73 Conjuror still has his crappy lvl 30 miasma set. But my dps is ok at 9k and I’m clearing pretty well.
I’m worried about ripping. My res is pretty good with a maxed top line and 70 vit, ether and Chaos. Bleed is my only bad res at 40.
Is there anything to watch out for?
My Hp is pretty good at 10.5K
Does the going get tougher late into it; and when does it get harder, I noticed a spike in difficulty at Cronleys in Elite: is it the same in Ultimate?
Any advice welcomed. I’ve worked really hard with my poison DEE conjuror, but don’t want to lose him.
Are the drops (good epics, legendaries) more likely in Ultimate than Elite? I didn’t find many legendaries in elite.
Any advice on this new difficulty level most welcomed.
Generally the same spike in difficulty as in elite due to enemies being bigger tougher and have more abilities to kill you with doing all the way to the Warden is a piece of cake Watch out for reflect! especially when you get to the undead with the warriors and their reflect aura! the DOT you end up with can be pretty yuck, and if you are still taking other damage you’re effective passive health regen is negligible!
Please PLEASE get rid of the lvl 30 set. you need the armour in ulti to help mitigate the physical damage you’ll be taking.
Drops are better in ulti by design. Doesn’t mean RnGesus is going to give you all clean sailing though

I’m maxed with Order of Deaths Vigil and Devils crossing - but there doesn’t seem to be anything great there. And if there’s something good - it f***es my DPS.

Return to elite & farm BoC/SoT & raise your level to 75
2 reasons - at lvl 75 you will get access to use every gear in game + in the time you raise you level you can obtain some nice weapon/armour/jewelry, that will help you survive.
-Noxious Bomb sucks, Mark of Dreeg beats it by a lot.
-Max all the factions, it’s really easy to do so. Just don’t take bounties of targets you’re unsure of. And never take a bounty to craft a relic or give tainted brain, blood of chthon or ancient heart.
if your res are over 70 heck 20 % you are good to go for ultimate. Long as you can out res them you can tank them. Game is that easy. Out res then dps for the win in grim dawn. No special build needed.
