Edit: It seems I can do it a 3rd time, I’ll do it again and see if something changes or if its just waiting for me to fail so I can kill the “demon”

Checked Barrowholm proper, no urns found. The surrounding area may have one though.
Going through the three previous secret dungeons to see if there is an urn in any of them.
I did not find one in the base game secret dungeon (John Bourbon)
Edit: Nothing found on false Lokkar path or after Lokkar fight.
To-do: CoE area + fight (maybe I will finally beat it)
Please feel free to look in any of these locations, I could have easily missed something.
I wonder if these mushroom circles are related to using the Occulorum potion modifier instead of being related to the swords. I think we should still find them all though.
The only way to get that one is to become Revered with the bird guy near Ulo’s Springs.

Ok I want to compile some thoughts here because I really think we are on to something. So in the Ruination of Night note it mentions a primordial entity:
Then in the description of the new heart swords it mentions do not offer these to a primodrial entitty:
Finally when you take the heart swords to the purifying altar it gives you the option of offer the strange sword:
Now I did not offer a sword to see what would happen yet as I am waiting for more info, but it seems to me like we might be on track here. I am also still thinking about the tattered note from the Black Lodge which mentions the number 10 and there now being 10 heart swords with the old ones and new ones. @Jaaro let me know what you think
Edit: minor thought I had, maybe that occulorum effect will allow us to speak to the beavers?
I offered the sword and it said that it wasn’t an proper sacrifice, then I offered 50 tainted meat and now I don’t have an option to offer the sword but the altar fire is glowing stronger even after I went to the menu and changed to ascendant mode, I don’t know if I need to sacrifice more Tainted Meat or if I need all blades

Just went and killed CoE, went through all the areas up to him and his arena after killing him with a fine toothed comb but did not find any new urn clusters.

Ok guys we finally on to something. I obtained “Occullorum” and used it near that spot this is what happened, chest dropped only items legend etc… (İts way too late for me i must sleep, good luck everyone)

I took the restored Shadowheart to both the fulminated tree and the friendly beavers but did not have any new dialogue options.
Edit: Also tried taking the restored Shadowheart to the Runed Orb in the Aurora Pinnacle but it did not change add dialogue options.

Anyway i went to Pilgrim’s Rest final place but it still gave me same text message.
So I have been searching for the other night notes, I found the Ruination of Night one to the east of Kurnhold but I havent been able to find the Dirge of Night note that I saw posted on here, does anyone know where that one can be found? I was also discussing this is another thread and someone said that there is third note but didnt provide a picture or a name for it or where it could be found, will update if I get that info unless someone here has it. I have a feeling the third note might be able to point us in the direction of the next steps.
The text of the second note makes me think that the next place to look is in the Tomb of the Heretic or in Korvaaks area.
“…consumed in the blaze of the setting suns desire” could be a reference to Korvaak. He is the Eldritch Sun after all.
“…the glacial memories of a land frozen in time” could be referencing the Korvan kingdom.
“Stygian ichor of the unmaker” could be referencing Yugols Ichor, the potion that clears all status effects.
Thats how I read it though. I haven’t had a chance to look into it yet.
I think these are for the raven guy at roof of the world, I had it but I already completed this quest so I can’t provide an image. Maybe the npc can give a clue
