When you store food items in the Trading Post they never seem to spoil. I tried this with some beans, greens and meat. I stored around 20 of each in the Trading Post, and let them sit there for a few years. None of them ever spoiled.
So I guess a Trading Post could be used as a very effiicient root cellar

Yes, things in the Trading Post are in stasis. Which is an issue with its current limbo storage that doesn’t send things back to town like it’s supposed to. Please do not abuse the fridges in the trading post!
