Here’s an interesting one, I noticed only after a break.
I had like 6 hunters, 3 fishermen and 3 foragers on my last save. Turned off the game and went do something else.
When I returned and loaded my save, I noticed that the fishermen, had a tag saying “Looking for Shore”. Turns out every single hunter, fisherman and forager wouldn’t do their jobs until I click on their respective cabin. I don’t need to re-set their working areas, just click on their cabins for them to go back to work.
