Is it possible to transplant forager nodes for blueberry bushes, willow, etc in order to make things a little cleaner and neater? Also, is there any alternative at all to willow for basket making?
Not sure what you mean, but blueberry bushes can be transplanted nearer to foragers’ huts if you want to. Nothing else can though. And no, only willow can be used for basket making.

That pretty much answered my question, I’ll see if I can figure out how to move them myself.
Maybe a mod will make willow movable as well
Upper right when you click on the bush you’ll see an arrow. Click on that to move the bush to where you want it to be.
