So this is just a question, but isn’t it weird that for frozen hearts you need battered shell and for battered shell you need frozen hearts? Basically if you don’t have enough frozen hearts or the other then your %$&#?
wouldn’t it be much better if this wasn’t depending on each other. Sorry i don’t get the game design here but maybe that’s just me. Is this the case for other mats as well?
Frozen Heart and Battered Shells used to be just regular drops (with higher chances from Sliths and bugs respectively). People complained that they weren’t dropping when they wanted so Crate added the option to convert one into the other for the case where you were lacking one of them. It’s not meant to be the main way to get them.

ok thanks, that makes sense sort of. Well they are easy to farm so i dont mind that much.
