It started as a meme idea for me, but I quickly realized it’s a viable meme since we could full convert both pierce/acid sides of ‘Biting Blades’ into chaos while still getting stuff like: high amounts of ADCTH, high amounts flat chaos damage (converted or otherwise), and retain decent defense.
It was pretty surprising to me, all things considered, since it fit nicely into a 0 green package with a pretty straight-forward, simple to play setup!
I would really love it if someone wanted to take this build for a spin and time/record how it does for end-game content. I have a hunch this is a sub 6 min Crucible build and a fast roguelike-dungeon/SR farmer!
Absolutely! I just didn’t include it because I’m a lazy player by nature, who likes to minimize my number of buttons.
In fact the Harbinger helmet + gloves are quite good here as well (they have higher flat/% dmg at the cost of cast speed and other some utility).
The combination of Biting Blades + Doom Bolt seems perfect since Doom Bolt builds usually just need a good button to spam when the bolt is on CD
edit: I have a hunch Doom Bolt users would like Oblivion builds better instead of ‘Biting Blades’ since since Oblivion’s flat vitality is easier to convert to chaos and Oblivion has better Aoe!
You gotta use the off-hand here! I would test Fiend’s Resolve or Hellscourge, both look juicy for your build. It would help with energy regeneration (your build got none), CDR (because you are a caster) and some juicy mods.
