And it looks like Disney is indeed their distributor. Oddly, nowhere is it mentioned when exactly that took place. Even more odd they have a battle that makes Disney look bad. Really bad.

Not sure when they took it over, but that song is how I know they owned it. The guy playing Walt Disney mentions it in his verse 
Yea I noticed that the first time I watched it but I didn’t connect the dots then until I just read the Wikipedia page and watched it again.
My guess is it’s one of two things… The guys were smart and included a clause in their contract that Disney couldn’t prevent them from making fun of Disney, or Disney was fine with it in an attempt to be “hip” and show they could take a joke.

That was probably one of the greatest moments I have seen in the "ERBOH"youtube. I haven’t kept up with the recent ones but the first seasons I did, but the Henson Vs Lee was a masterpiece, that end actually is way deeper than it should be. It is a little scary how powerful Disney is…
