Like title says. Loading my save file crashes the game.
Luckily I had an autosave that was made 2 minutes prior and it loads just fine.

First steps to try would be to verify game files and make sure drivers are updated. You can also try setting the Refresh Rate to 60hz and turning off Vsync.
Hi Sixten. Looking at your crash dump it definitely does appear to be something specific to your graphics setup. Try what Zantai has suggested as that has helped others with similar crashes.
