Hi,
i have some issues with game performance for a couple of days now.

when i start the game and continue my settlement, AMD Software Adrenalin Edition crashes. i have the latest version (22.8.1) installed.
when this issue occures, i have to reboot the system so the gpu driver gets loaded again.

the more sincere issue, that happens like 1 out of 5 tries is major artefacting and complete system crash.

i run a Radeon RX 6900 XT 16 GB with an Ryzen 3700X, 32 GB RAM and 2 TB 980 Pro for storage. Power supply is 850 watt gold from seasonic.

Does this happen when you tab out of the game? I have the same issue, but only when tabbing out.

No, within 1-4 minutes after loading a saved game. i have no background task running either.

Hi,

I’ve had a similar issue - I’m now up to Tier 3 with 136 settlers and my game has started crashing. Also running AMD software.

New or smaller settlements are fine, but larger developments lag a lot then crash. I’ve also tried turning off all additional graphics and reduced the Supersampling to improve perfomance - no joy :frowning:
