I feel like it’s not as huge as with AoM. I remember after AoM seeing new threads every 10 mins all the time, but here we just don’t see as much action.
Dunno, might be just me.
Number 6 on Steam sales, number 2 on GoG (after Warcraft II :rolleyes:). i don’t remember what it was for AoM but that doesn’t sound bad (and devs expected diminushing returns as it’s the rule for xpac apparently).
Arthur confirmed 400k units only for AoM to-date! That is 1/3 more vs their max aspirations (300k).
Considering the hype, exposure via streamers and all the possitive input from everyone on how awesome FG is - i am sure it will sell probably at least same numbers if not more in the long run!
Just help and buy more copies guys - we need that xp3 even if it is just new areas and story!
It cannot sell more than AoM as it requires AoM.
Too early for sales / a decision for a 3rd xpack though, that will need more sales over a longer period. The day 1 (and 2), won’t be enough for that
It can if you compare the sales after a week when AoM came out and then FG. But in general it cannot be higher, yes.
Also with AoM I remember total players reaching over 20k on steam. For now only 18k
