Greetings, I recently purchased the game Grim Dawn from Steam. But I am having a problem when I play the game. After a few minutes of the gameplay, I came across this error message “A connection to the VAC servers could not be made.”
I have no idea what could be the issue. Could anyone please help to fix it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

What even are VAC servers? 
Multiplay is peer to peer in GD and you don’t need servers to play solo, it can be played offline if you want to.
Try verifying the game files, make sure all your drivers are up to date and exclude the game from being checked by any anti-virus programmes you have.
Grim Dawn doesn’t have servers
and it doesn’t have VAC either
are you sure you’re addressing the correct game?
“Valve Anti Cheat”, it’s an anti cheat system for steam/specific servers, neither which should be relevant to GD
