Glassmaker rework

With the introduction of paper industry, i think it is time to talk about the elephant in the room.
Glassware
More precisely the fact that we cant control the villagers item accessibilty.

There are always 2 luxury item available at each tier, one being renewable, other being limited (either by mining resource or trader)

However, with pottery we can simply not build it and than if we our town has low/none clay accessibility, we can use what little we can get on the constructions.

But if you are having problems with sand, you are not only hurt on luxury front, but the fact that you are not able to produce preserves and medicine, both of which are very important.

I see 2 possible options:

  • Option A (easier)
Slight rework for glassmaker and separate the glassware into 2 distinct item, one being the oldschool luxury item “consumed” by pops while a second item used exclusively by apothecary shop and preservists.
The glassmaker can than have the standard slider and we can decide the priority and/or production values for both items

  • Option B (harder)
Ability to limit the accessibilty for the houses for certain goods (easier way is just for luxury, hardcore way is for all the goods)
Basically having an option that will deny the pops and markets access to certain goods, so we can direct our resources to the proper consumers (be it pops or industry)

Option B is preferable, especially if we could put goods ban on all kinds of items, so we could build an industry solely for trading like deny access to cheese to sell all of it to incoming traders or deny access to furniture and supply people strictly with glassware while selling those furnitures for a hefty sum
