Goatmen

every arpg has goatmen of their own, almost always, as if the monster type is exclusive to the genre.
will there be a possibility of adding them somehow in the next expansion? They are definitely my favourite mob type and id love to see them.

they already did satyrs in titan quest… they could add it but they have to be scary looking… personally I dont want them…

what we really need: bears… mammoths… dragons…those huge skelly beasts we find around Cairn…

We have void fiends, that’s as close as you’re gonna get

Diablo II did them and they were awesome there

Grim Dawn doesn’t need them

I am not even sure that half of the ARPGs do… I also do not think they fit GD

Congratulations on making your first post, and welcome to the forums.

There probably could be goatmen - they certainly wouldn’t be overly out of place next to the Slith, Goblins Grobles, Harpies, and ratmen Scavengers if there was lore supporting their existence in the game.

At present, suggesting that Grim Dawn would add goatmen to jump on a genre bandwagon is actually a pretty good argument for why goatmen should not be added, as refusing to follow genre conventions allows Grim Dawn to distinguish itself from other ARPGs.

Arthur Bruno was a goatman in TQ. (Wait that sounds weird. He was a satyr.)
And when you peeled him off there was Toxeus inside. I say for Grim Dawn, we have a skeleton that gathers meat around him as you hit him until he becomes a goatman. Fits the reanimation theme exquisitely.

The circle opens, the circle closes.

Just kidding.

Inquisitor art shows what appears to be a Wendigo on both the left and right side of the picture. Also interesting to note the shambling monster behind the inquisitor which is probably one of those new Ugdenbog Golems.
