I had been playing for only a few months and was doing a set of changes while paused. I placed a gold mine and the entire thing froze upon clicking and after several troubleshooting steps failed and waiting a few minutes for processes to potentially clear, I had to long press the power button to hard shutdown. Please let me know what I can provide to help with this glitch.
If it happens again, it is probably generating a Crash Log. These can be found in:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp
This folder may be set to hidden by default in your folder options, so make sure to enable hidden items. Inside this directory, you will find a folder called Crash_Date_Bunch of Numbers (ex. Crash_2022-08-02_171459771.
