Hello! I’m looking for advice on what kind of build I should start with on my first character that isn’t to complicated. I prefer melee and range over spells, but there are so many class combos and builds and I dont know where to start. Any help would be appreciated!

random is the first build to try. as long as you don’t put it on veteran you will have a chance to learn. before trying something else out.

Play a lightning warder… so easy to setup… just combine soldier with shaman and your goood to go:rolleyes:
Seriously there is a ton of warders in the build compendium… you can go lightning, bleed or… just get physical…
it will be more fun to learn the game as you go… just a tip though… invest a ton of attributes in physique…
Agreed with Prince, Warder is a good way to start. There are lighting Warder builds that can even take on Ultimate.
