Greetings from France

Okay, I have just joined and will post this presentation topic before rushing to college!
Don’t let the title fool you by the way: I am French but currently in the US.

This won’t be very original: I really liked Titan Quest and its expansion, and as far as I can tell it is my favorite hack&slash out there (though my judgment might be a bit wrong since I haven’t played many hack&slash…Mainly because I did not find the same pleasure I had with TQ). My only concern was that the combat animations where a bit “soft”, and not as brutal as in Diablo 2 (of which I am not a big fan, but I guess everyone has played and kinda know how the animations are in that game). Also the locked camera bugged me, but now there are mods for it. From what I’ve seen, Grim Dawn seems to be a little bit different.
I still haven’t tried all the classes for TQ, nor all the mods out there, but I am planing on doing a series of “let’s play” videos of the mod “Lilith”, which I personally preferred to the original campaign. There are still many mods that should come out for TQ, so I don’t know where I should begin.
And now I am impatiently waiting for also Grim Dawn as the “next hack&slash”, even though I am curious about Diablo 3 and maybe some other games out there.
I am not extremely active on forums, but I will visit this one regularly to have a couple of news about this game.

Other than that, what could I say? I am in the US doing a Master in Spanish and teaching Spanish as well, I enjoy movies and games, RPGs, as well as drawing when I am not too lazy for it. Oh, I would also love to be a singer, but that’s just one of my fool dreams, haha!

Hi and welcome, getting people from all over the place, and looks like GD fame is slowly spreading:)

so hi again, and welcome,

Xss, you will be happy to find your concern is being addressed. My friend had a minor problem with the lack of gore in TQ as well.

If you read on the Features page of the website, it says:

Satisfying enemy damage and death effects with an option to enable blood and gore.
