Dear Sir, could we in advance get some patch notes for 1.0.0.8? 
So my ranged primal strike druid is currently gimped? Im level 40 and nearing the end of the game and I haven’t had issues at all so far.
For the record, the skill’s description hasn’t changed in over a year.

Coming from a very old gaming vet, you guys are making me feel the same anxiety when back in the days i was waiting for the release of Diablo 2 then LOD - you should be really proud. Like a handful of games made me feel that during the last 7-8 years in total 
It’s hard to make a build that will struggle in normal. Wait for ultimate, mate.
Sorry to jump in but anyone knows the max level for Normal? Is it 50? I’ve looked around and people give all kind of answers: 60++, 50 and so on.
Also going from Normal to Elite will simply reset the combat, right? You’re just simply carrying on with your quests/bounties if left unfinished?
Max level of what? Monsters? Your hero?
Going from Normal to Elite is like starting the new game, everything will be reset to start but your gear, stash, char development, recipes and faction rep. There will also be less shrines in the world, and you’ll get a handicap of -25% to your elemental/poison/pierce resistances.
You can always select Normal difficulty with same char to return to the world as you left it before going to Elite.
Max Level for normal mode, I guess.

From the implied speediness I had interpreted from a couple of your responses, I would say that is factually incorrect. Though, I am open to eating crow.

Max level for normal is 85. There is no separate level cap. That being said. Mobs typically only go up to about 60 or so (much lower in earlier areas). I’d suggest moving to elite between 50-60 if you can gather some decent gear.
