ok… Single player I don’t use any mods
however, for the correctness and specificity of the problem and that the experience bar is visible but the yellow strip of the quantity of experience is not seen … is it not that by chance I have touched some keys and it has disappeared?

I think the yellow fraction of your exp bar is only the recently gained fraction from the last couple mobs, quests etc. . If you go to town or restart the sessions it should be gone.

Otherwise can you maybe do a screenshot?

Are you killing enemies below your level?
