Is this difference made equal to each other and attack per second rate adjusted accordingly?
I didn’t see it mentioned in the patch notes so I assume it’s not fixed yet.
I thought the speed difference was between skills on the mouse versus when used by the keyboard?

Skill modifiers to Cadence only affect the cadence hit, I guess? Applies to conversion, flat damage and stuff.

Where’s that HUD from? I don’t remember seeing any mod for it.
I think this was added in latest version of Reign of Terror which these gifs show. Or maybe it’s been always there.
