The new Doom Bolt is gorgeous, thanks. I love lightning effects - my 1st toon was melee lightning shaman, 2nd is lightning birb conjurer and the 3rd will most probably use Doom Bolt since it’s looks so satisfying

Not true at all. Canister bomb is very good for levelling. The shotgun + massive AoE is the reason it is so good. It is at end game where it struggles most; survival issues and damage.

I always wondered why there’s Aether Savagery mod but no Vitality Savagery. I wanted melee 2h Vitality so much and tried to make it multiple times. Now in FG we have Vit Savagery… on some one-hander.
Why not make it a Conduit mod, so that it’s accessible to everyone?

Mythical Obsidian Juggernaut: increased % Cast Speed to 18%
Chariot of the Dead added Reduced 15% Stun Duration
Ulo: added 10% Reduced Freeze/Petrify/Stun Duration

WHYYYYYYY to the following:
Hungering Void: duration is now static at all ranks at 16s, reduced baseline chance of activation to 33% (scaling with skill cooldown/duration). Reduced % Crit damage to 30% by max rank and increased % Chaos/Vitality damgage bonuses to 375% by max rank.

And finally…what the hell is ‘word of arms’

Obsidian Juggernaut,I missed the change,but is very good,I have not played much with chaos.Words of arms is obviously WoR transmuter.Most of my Inquisitor builds are not using it but for some Vindicators,Arcanor Tacticians will be improvement.Maybe Juggernaut deciever then?

Well i you clear 1 room every 7 seconds while most other skills clear 1 room in 1 second or 2 seconds. See the problem? :eek: It just feels bad to play even if its effect is good. Thats why i would love to get the Cooldown Reset on the skill itself and give the Ulzuin set something else. It wont make the skill broken but it could enhance the Leveling experience with some good proc chains.

Ulzuin’s Chosen already has a chance for 100% CDR to Canister.

Don’t forget that Ulzuin’s set has +2 to Demo and the relic/belt slots are open for further +1 to masteries. You could easily build around Canister Bomb and another 1-2 skills as filler in between like Grenado, transmuted BWC or something from another mastery like Kalastor.

Base cooldown canister bomb: 7 seconds
Average cooldown: 4.2 seconds

Artifact handling 20/10: -2 seconds cd
Base cooldown RoH/RoK: 4 seconds
Cooldown: 2 seconds

Unfortunately:
All other canister skill mods conflict with the set.
All items that convert either the physical or piercing damage of grenado to fire conflict with the set.
This does not leave you with all that much to build. You could use lighting grenado but that seems sub optimal compared what barrelsmith offers.
