Grim Dawn Version 1.1.0.0

Well that explains that…thanks!

I tried the now-not-beta-anymore x64 client yesterday and wow, what a great experience that was. Everything was suddenly so smooth. That thing is awesome, thank you Crate !

gog just released the 1.1.0.0 … where to pick the x64 version in the gog launcher?

EDIT: hey, got it. In case someone is wondering, too: More / configure game / custom settings / command line argument: “-x64”

Duncan now gets 4-12 defensive ability, lol. RIP caring at all about blacksmith bonuses anymore.

Try to use new Bloodied Crystals instead of Runebound Topazes in your rings.

They didn’t change the armor to defensive ability. They removed Duncan’s elemental resist and gave him DA.

They changed +Amor bonus on Temper to +DA bonus. That’s why Demolitionists now have less armor. BTW I’ve just tested my Commando tank (Octavius set) with Mad Queen, he facetanks her even without resorting to Overguard. Perhaps this change affects casters and non-soldier melee builds more.

great job with this one

Yay!! /10char

will the 1.1.0.1 hotfix be released for gog version?

Yes, of course. If it’s not already been incorporated into the GOG v1.1.0.0. already.

Good job on 64 bit. I hope next exspansion will be fun.

I also hope I can re-use my old main charcters build  Arcane/necro is insane good.

All of a sudden, i can play @ 4K with medium / high settings (minus shadows / reflections, which are disabled) using my RX480 without it being choppy. Dunno frame rates because i play using Linux and dunno how to set up an FPS overlay but it appears smooth.

Loot filter stopped working after I entered Mountain Deeps, green are not shown normally.

Thank you for addressing this directly.

A shortcut or launch command - either/or is fine by me!

Please let us know when it’s been added. TY sir

Then report it as a bug in the Bug Reporting section of the forum, not here.

Press K, you probably toggled the loot filter itself, also yeah report as a bug or read the numerous other loot filter bug threads.

It’s going to be that you pressed K and toggled it though, cos that’s what I did

if you go into GD’s properties/settings from the Steam Library and go to Set Launch Options you can add your path to it exactly like so:

“C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grim Dawn\x64\Grim Dawn.exe” %command%

Then hit OK and click the button right below launch options to Create a Shortcut on your desktop. The game will now automatically launch the x64.
this works for me
you see if you run the 64bit if it says 1.1.0.1(x64) in the char selection meny

(powbaw made this discovery btw)

1.1.0.1 is now available for download on GOG, but it is still split between x32 and x64 versions, I thought that was a mistake and should be fixed by GOG…

I am very impressed with the x64 version. The game runs smoother and performance is more balanced. And I do not get any input lag anymore when serveral buttons are pressed. Great work!
