i had 2 or 3 heroes spawn in like 5 runs, and they’re the only ones that can drop it, and heroes usually don’t have high drop rate (but as said unsure about % since GT isn’t updated)
so low spawn amount is definitely a factor, which might be worse on Normal/Elite where spawns are lowered
*i did get 2 from altars tho, so that does seem like a thing to go for (currently bugged at 40% spawn rate instead of intended 100% for the altar container appearance
