would be dope becaUse 10 signifies completeness, though i am not going to be surprised crate gives up at this point. 9th masteries in total is more achievement and hard work already than the 10 masteries of titan quest.
F-ing awesome, Seriously
The artwork is great too guys.

really nice ! =) the changes to Retaliation Damage are awesome!
Iam in L-oath-ve
w00t! Looks f*cking awesome.
And my initial prediction was for a class like this was pretty close too. Though I was wrong about it having proper support for elemental based melee attacks, but from the little we know it’ll look like it’ll mesh well anyhow and the transmuter stuff that supports poison/acid etc is also pretty damn cool.
Now bring on the chaos based (with poison/acid and I suspect fire damage stuff) to us! Ia Ia!
looks cool as always,
Why are some people obessed with dual-shields?
Personally i think it would look riduclous, what would the enemies do, laugh themselves to death? or just ware themselve’s out?
Each to there own though!
I’m still hoping to see them squeeze out one more.
Every time you add another mastery the balancing work becomes more complex, I’m honestly a bit surprised they made the effort with this one. But they, gift horses and such, I won’t complain
Unlikely unless it’s part of yet another expansion. From the 25th May stream:
“If you ever decide you’re not going to make another GD expansion , would you consider doing New Mastery DLC’s?
Probably not. Each new mastery is expotentially more timeconsuming to do than the last, so if we were to do a mastery DLC that would be almost a good chunk of work as a new expansion would so I’m not sure how likely that is to happen. Not to mention that adding a new mastery would fragment the community further than a new expansion in the base game.”
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
Awesome!
Can’t wait to know more about all the skill to have a better picture of that mastery and it’s potential!
The idea to add retaliation to active skill is really nice. We will have another way to theory craft, especially with the devotion.
-
Also, make me wonder if the skills will take a part of the flat amount of your retaliation damage then add it the the skill damage… then the %damage of the skill damage type would be applied.
-
Or Is it going to be 2 calculations for the skill damage, the skill damage affected by the %damage and the retaliation part affected by the %retaliation part
I think the first way is best because it allows more possibilities with the devotion and the skills.
All in all awesome misadventure
like what more do we need?
back before I would have wanted a ranger mastery specialized on rifles and bow and or a mastery focused on some traps or potions maybe robots? but times have changed. Now I could not ask for any more masteries. Totally satisfied now that my dear paladin is finally unwrapped, don’t care for anything else
I was actually wondering if Zantai accidentally used Titan Quest screenshots here. The sword in the second one assured me this is GD.
Not even kidding.
Barring the decision to do an expansion 3, we are not planning to introduce additional masteries beyond the Oathkeeper.
Literally wut…
Hmmm, I think you should at least be able to guess Sentinel.
OK + Nightblade, correct?
I would guess inquisitor.
Makes sense as well. Nightblade or Inquisitor then. :undecided:
Whirlwind?
I need to see a gif of it.
Aegis looks awesome! All new skills seems really good.
why the hell some people want to dual wield shields?
It’s time to play: Guess the class names! Here are my guesses:
Oathkeeper + Soldier = Warlord
Oathkeeper + Demolitionist = Paladin
Oathkeeper + Nightblade = Dervish
Oathkeeper + Arcanist = Archon
Oathkeeper + Occultist = Sentinel
Oathkeeper + Shaman = Shieldbreaker
Oathkeeper + Inquisitor = Templar
Oathkeeper + Necromancer = Oppressor
Well yeah, that should be the most obvious of all. The boss in the Temple of the Three is called The Sentinel, and the person standing by the Shattered Realm portal is wearing The Sentinel’s armor. It’s Occultist!
It’s confusing. You have the sentinel set which is primarily infused with nightblade and inquisitor traits. It can be anything among the two, occultist is okay too
and as much as i wanted paladin with demo. It can soldier. related. also Archon may be the demolitionist one since archon items are demo related.
How is it infused with inquisitor and nightblade traits? It’s a shield boss that does poison attacks. OK is shield based and Occultist has poison as one of its main damage types.
It’s the most obvious one.
