If only Spellbinders had an auto-attack! Also, wouldn’t it be better to move -rr% to Ill Omen since it will likely be used anyway and there is already an amulet that gives -rr% to Ill Omen. Feels like this weapon could be used for Cold CT but it lacks casting speed. Also lacks flat damage on the weapon itself unfortunately.

This one could be really spicy for Cadence Witchblade.

A shield wps? And a multitarget one, damn, nice. Hope it hits with both shield and main-hand.

I’m going to be honest: I initially saw this as Deathshark and now I cannot see this item with any other name. If there aren’t any sharks in Grim Dawn: there better now be…

Chaos gun needs more love (not 100% chance to pass through ) and who want to make 2h chaos cadence that only 2/3 of hits will proc wps.
Looks amazing but suffer for being 2h gun.

To do that reliably, you have to forego using actually supported WPS like Bloodfangs and Avalanche since Upheaval will only trigger on a base attack, not a WPS. Then you will hit on average 3 enemies ( 1/(1-66%) = 2.94 ). So you are missing out on Berserker WPS, missing out on masteries with chaos support to pick Shaman instead, you can trigger Upheaval thrice if you want and that won’t be OP at all.

Every passthrough Upheaval build pre-1.9.9.8 begs to differ. Unconditional ranged passthrough in general throws ranged balance completely out of whack and any on-hit or on-crit proc like Upheaval only piles on top of that. There’s a reason why no default attack replacer has been given passthrough since 9.8. Since then it’s always been put either on a WPS or on an attack that can’t proc WPS or Upheaval, so the devs have control over how it’s used and can balance it accordingly. Like passthrough Primal Strike on Vortex of Souls. Which, btw, merrily throws Shaman into Aether, so why should Chaos be an issue? In fact of all damage types not supported by the core mastery, Chaos is probably best for this sort of thing, because it’s the least resisted damage type in the game. Even if you run just one RR mastery for it, you’re still fine (which comes as no surprise given how rare on-tree Chaos RR is).

I wonder when the release date is, or when we can expect another stream. Grimtools added the Berserker mastery so they must have some beta info already…

This looks amazing, especially since it’s not nightblade focused! Add in some flat frostburn/bleed damage and you got a deal :smiley:

I second you on that. I’ve been trying to make a cold/bleed Mystic and it ended up being mostly bleed because it’s so much easier to find flat sources of bleed on items and devotions. It’s possible that the sword simply supports both types rather than hinting that both types should be played together. We’ll know more once all the sets and items are finalized.

Can anyone of you give time and make a game like this for free? GD’s pricing is nothing compare to the contents that you will get… regardless of future business strategy or marketing or concerns if it will be free or not, you will not get a game like this… Other games should be like this… @Zantai and GD team ,your doing the great! This game is my original ‘Diablo’ game…

I hope someday, we can have few cutomizable character presets too (like torch light 2), nothing to do with skill system or lore, just the looks. LOL XD! I think it will add more immersion to the game…

Damn, that’s a lot of conversion on Deathshriek. Typo in the ability proc though - “wail” is spelled with an ‘a’.

Am I right in saying that Deathshriek is a reference to Frostmourne/the Lich King? It certainly looks and sounds the part, and if my memory doesn’t fail me that flavour text/quote is a Lich King line, :smile:
