Surely not
I completely agree. Despite being an old game, the fact that GD has continued to attract people and receive positive reviews in recent years is undoubtedly due to very long-term support and meticulous adjustments, which is one of the reasons it is loved.
And - purely Hypothetical; even ‘if’ that would be the ‘case’ it doesn’t mean that crate or anyone have to bend the knee to them. And by the way, the same goes for the opposite direction as well. Japanese/Chinese/Korean (or just asian in general) Media doesn’t need to bend the knee as well for ‘western sensivities’ (on my end/personal opinion the prefered way to begin with. Sure it’s nice sometimes,in certain aspects, if Asian Media adapt certain features which are popular in the west, like as example ‘transmog’ but in general i prefer if they keep their identity and develope their game).
On top of that; Grim Dawn does it without any heavy handed ‘Live-Service’ elements. I mean sure post launch support, Expansions as well the Loyalist Packs could be in some way shape and form considered as soft-live-service if you really try to challenge the definition, but point is. Grim Dawn is one of the Games which keep people Naturally Addicted without the ‘Live-Service’ premise of constant updates, seasons, resets etc.
INB4: That’s not me trying to shit on Live Service Games in total, i also have one or two i enjoy playing. Point is just that it’s refreshing to have at these days a Game which is more traditional but still can keep you invested.
On the other hand, I am always glad once those “balance passes” are over. I hate to plan and level a character only to be nerfed heavily by a new patch. I really like stability more than an “even playing field”.
I agree with that. To be fair, in this case, the complaints are coming from east and west alike.
I was willing to give WPS a chance. Please don’t make them too awkward to use.
What is the name of the sea (lake) in the center of the map regarding the geographical issue of Kane’s World?
Gulf of Cairn? But mordant kidding aside, the Harbormaster’s Log from the Abandoned Waterfront just mentions “the lake”, as do a few notes from around Darkvale. Other notes mention ships and boats going from Malmouth to Burrwitch, Port Valbury to Malmouth, and “down from Malmouth and other townships to the Nor’East” and so on. By Devil’s Crossing is the Malmouth Ferry.
In my not-yet-released mod The Shrine of Rhyanna and the novelette that goes with it, i just called it the Sea of Valbury. If the name hasnt been declared, thats as good as any.
Dude…could you please share that beauty with us peasants
luckily i was granted foresight to not purchase BL4 =D do u tink it will be balanced in future? or gearbox n that crappy ceo have the fans hit shit ![]()
