It’s possible to build around gun & shield ? I like style given by equip gun & shield (and heavy armour).
I think commando firestrike/mortar (mortar r really good when use by no kiting char) fire, physic or both.
Good Idea ? Another masteries combinaison ?

Yes you can do Tactician, Purifier or Commando.
There Are sets like Aegis of the Legion That can help with Commado or Purifier
