My character died while standing in an aether patch while I was watching TV. She was/is level 89 in Mourndale on Elite. Nothing in the area could have possibly harmed her other than my carelessness. The screen locked up and I restarted the game. She was still alive. Is anybody hardcore enough to delete her or do you just assume that it was divine providence as I did?
Given how divine providence can also screw you, I’d say run with her. Just make sure you pay homage to the proffered karma by NOT WATHING TV WHILE YOU’RE GAMING HC.
